Installation Instructions

1. Prepare Tubing: Slide the 3/4" PEX-A expansion ring onto the tubing, ensuring the ring extends no more than 1/8 inch beyond the tubing end.

2. Expand Tubing: Use a manual or cordless expansion tool with the correct 3/4" expander head. Insert the tool and expand the tubing.

3. Rotate Between Expansions: Rotate the expander head after each expansion to prevent internal ridges.

4. Insert Fitting: Immediately insert the PEX fitting until it reaches the tubing shoulder.

5. Allow for Contraction: The tubing will naturally contract around the fitting within seconds, forming a permanent, leak-resistant connection.

6. Ready for Use: Once contracted, the system is fully secure and operational.
